Our studio suite had central heating, a flat-screen television, and a microwave. the private bathroom was good. the location was excellent and incredible, right in the Center and close to a bus stop. Additionally, the hotel was within a short distance from Caen High Court.

Appreciated our 5 nights here. Exceptionally nice position was an added bonus. Set in front of a subway station, which helped to explore Caen🙂👍❤

The room was nice and tidy, had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets, so guests had all the basics covered. 😊 the staff here was friendly and welcoming, just as we had hoped.

The room at Smart Appart had a well-equipped kitchenette and a great shower, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, with shops and historic attractions within walking distance. The staff was efficient in their communication and the access code system made check-in easy.

As for hotel breakfast, it could have been more diverse and offered a wider selection of items.

I recently stayed at Smart Appart in the heart of Caen and had a fantastic experience. My purpose of travel was to explore the city for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and public transportation options. Checking in and out was a breeze with the access code system, even outside of regular hours. The room was spotless and surprisingly quiet, despite the ongoing construction outside. The kitchenette had everything I needed and the shower was excellent. great value for money!

The location of the hotel is great, close to everything we wanted to visit during our stay. The small kitchenette in our room was well-equipped, with a small fridge and all the necessary utensils. The shower was also very good, providing a nice and refreshing experience.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of air conditioning in the room. It made the room very uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer weather.

The rooms at Smart Appart Caen Republique are absolutely amazing! Everything is so modern and well designed. I felt like I was staying in my dream apartment. Plus, having a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine is such a convenience. I loved being able to make my own coffee every morning. The living room with the flat-screen TV was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And the private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower was clean and spacious.

If I had to pick one thing I didn't love about the room, it would be the kitchenette in the apartment. It was a bit small for my liking.

The bathroom, though small, was almost a good size. The music and art festival happening during my stay was a delightful entertainment.
